Resolution Meets Affordability
Our mission is to provide an amicable resolution to your family matters at a low cost to allow you the option of moving forward without the stress that is associated with litigation. We provide a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere which allows for open communication.
We conduct one-hour long mediation sessions at $175.00 per hour . It has been our experience that clients become anxious and tired after an hour; therefore, we try our best to keep the sessions no longer than an hour. However, we will continue if the process is going well and the parties wish to stay longer.
Drafting the Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) is billed at $175.00 per hour. Upon the receipt of the signed MOA, a scribed Parenting Plan/Stipulation/Settlement or Separation Agreement is prepared at a flat rate of $650.00.*
We can also assist with preparation and completion of the New York Uncontested Divorce packet for a flat fee of $499.00.
